A rough day..

Today I can't seem to drag myself out of this pit that I have fallen into! I am so sick and tired of having a huge heavy burden following me around. I am tired of dealing with stupid people, and situations that should never happen. I am tired of David and I being the only young people at our church and having everyone looking at us constantly watching every move and critizing it. I really wish that I could go out and just have one carefree day when I could spend however much I wanted to, hang out with my best friend and have fun and laugh. I wish I could go on a date with my husband and be able to dress up and do whatever we felt like doing for the evening. He has been working so much lately it is ridiculous! just about the time he is ready to finally come home someone calls. This week isn't any better because this week it has been three years since Keagen was born and passed away. I wish that pain would go away-does it ever just go away?!? I am tired of people fighting over my child and getting possesive. I wish my family could be around her and get to see her new expressions and hear her new noises. I am ready for a vacation!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A whole new life

It is amazing what one little person can do to your life! I am no longer able to sleep for 10hrs, go running off to the store whenever I feel like it, or have a spotless house but would I trade all of that for my baby girl?!? well I think I did and I know I got the better end of the deal. =) She is my pride and joy and I love that she is starting to recognize my face and voice. I love it that people start to get possesive of her and that is when she decides she doesn't like them anymore and wants her momma that much more!! (horrible I know but funny) She is doing so good and I can't wait for family to see how much she has changed.
The other part of our life that has changed is that my husband has got a heavy load on his shoulders with his job and is doing so well with it! We found out that if things had kept going the way they were David would have been out of a job in 4-6 months! What a shock! Even now our church is barely breaking even finacially and we are in the process of trying to find a Pastor. David and I aren't sure what the future holds but we know that God is always there and has always taken care of us. For anyone who reads this please pray for us to have wisdom in our future-when we do get a new Pastor it is an expected part of the process for David to hand in his resignation so the Pastor at least has the opportunity to make the choice wither he wants David to stay on or not. Also the church is starting to slowly grow but it is summer time and people travel so much it is hard to know what the finacial status will be in a couple months and David may have to get a second job. He is already working so much that if he has to get another job I really don't know when Kaitlin and I will get to see him (I really want my little girl to know her dad!!). There is so much more going on with the church that there isn't enough room to write but God has been good to us and continues to take care of us. It is just a whole new life to get use to.
